Closes #2618.

Removes Lucene-owned vector formats from cuvs-lucene's service descriptor while preserving their availability through Lucene's own dependency metadata.

Adds a post-package integration test against the published thin JAR. It verifies the exact resources and service providers, rejects dependency and test payloads, and resolves both cuvs-lucene and Lucene providers in a bounded fresh JVM without target/classes masking packaging omissions.

Testing

  • mvn spotless:check verify (325 passed, 30 skipped; 2 Failsafe integration tests passed)

The complete GPU run still emits existing cuVS graph-clamping, dataset-dimension, GDS fallback, Java native-access, Vector API, and Maven Javadoc-plugin warnings.
