The interruption entry presented the popular 23-minute figure as the overall return-time estimate in the 2005 observation. The paper's same-day mean is 25 minutes 26 seconds, with SD 54 minutes 48 seconds; the analysis excludes interruptions in the final work hour. It does not measure time needed to refocus.
This corrects the bilingual evidence, caveats, headline hooks and boss lines, regenerates the README/chapter/Skill outputs and updates the two sharing cards. The myth claim remains unsupported, Grade B. The registered abstract quote remains “24 information workers”; the body-text figure is not represented as an abstract check. Primary paper, printed p.326 / PDF page6.
Validation: data checks and generated-file checks pass; reader builds; both PNGs were visually checked. Counts remain 58 claims, 125 sources, 9 chapters, grades 0/26/32. Twenty other cards retain their original bytes. Two read-only reviewers checked the correction against the source. This does not constitute expert review of every source.
The published v0.1.0 tag and release assets are untouched. Main's reader and repository content will reflect this correction after merge. AI-assisted editing with source verification.
