Bump all shipped metadata to 0.1.1
When users install or update the corrected Agent Skill or Claude plugin, the shipped manifests still identify it as version 0.1.0: skills/citation-needed/SKILL.md, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, and both version fields in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json were not updated. This leaves the release with conflicting version metadata and can prevent version-aware tooling from recognizing the correction as an upgrade; update these manifests alongside package.json.

Prepare the correction release so downloadable PDFs, offline data, Skill and cards receive the Mark 2005 return-time fix already merged in #9. Preserve the original v0.1.0 tag and assets. Validation: data and generated-file checks passed; package manifest remains private.
