⚡ Optimize JSON serialization by using compact separators

💡 What: Replaced indent=2 with separators=(',', ':') and explicitly specified charset=utf-8 in the response of send_json.
🎯 Why: To improve performance by reducing the CPU load needed for formatting large amounts of whitespace padding, as well as to minimize memory footprint and reduce the total network bandwidth consumed per request.
📊 Measured Improvement: Utilizing the compact format resulted in an immediate reduction in generated byte size and measurably faster RPS outputs on the development server when handling parallel HTTP requests.
