Dependency maintenance
Updates golang.org/x/term from v0.46.0 to v0.47.0 and golang.org/x/sys from v0.48.0 to v0.49.0. x/sys is a direct dependency of the bill-sync filesystem code.
Refreshed the existing branch by merging current main, preserving the Go 1.26.9 security requirement and Green Button pagination fixes. This is ordinary dependency maintenance, not a claim of an additional vulnerability fix.
Validation
Fresh exact-head CI and normal review requirements must pass before merge.
