decoding wrong data in avcodec_decode_audio3 #14

In 0.7.x and 0.8.x, if you use avcodec_decode_audio3 for decoding audio, you may get wrong audio data.
I can't find this solution. I don't know why building wrong or bug.
Do you know this solution and reason?
