Point the star history chart to a working mirror of the service. The official chart is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This uses an alternative data source that does not require an API token.

The star history chart at the bottom of the README has been broken, which is a shame given how popular this project is. This switches it to a working mirror that relies on a different data source and requires no API token, so the chart displays correctly again.
