The self-contained factcli proof target gains a demo manifest + a real recorded F→A run (Gemini refiner, real cli-judge, no Anthropic) via demo record. Hub now shows two verified cards (15 demos/6 recipes); factcli joins the graduated cohort in test_starter_demos. 21 manifests valid; suite 326 green.
