What does this do?
We have run
generateRecommendedReadingList()in multiple places, and it depends on network speed vs. the database insert sequence, where users might see duplicated articles when the process of loading the Discover list takes a long time.This PR mainly uses a
Mutexto make sure thegenerateRecommendedReadingList()happens one at a time, and updates the logic for checking the existing pages when generating the list.
