The C extension uses RUBY_TYPED_FREE_IMMEDIATELY and RUBY_TYPED_WB_PROTECTED, which Ruby 2.0 does not define, so
gem installon 2.0 fails at compile time even though the gemspec allows 1.9.2. I built the extension on Ruby 2.1 (Docker ruby:2.1) and the renderer tests pass there.Fixes #802
