This PR contains the documentation I put together to try and help the wider QAT team to work with the documentation. Due to limitations with the hardware and software available to the team there are a number of differences between the guide and the standard contributing guide.
Creating this as a draft PR for the moment as we may not wish to actually merge this and I need look and see whether to update the guide with information about github codespaces instead because that seems to be more of a feature complete environment that is avialable to the QAT team.
