feat: operator params introspection, eqx.Module tests, tutorial, and Linear.__eq__ fix

Summary

• Fix Linear.__eq__ crash when compared with non-Linear types (closes Type object 'type' has no attribute 'domain' #145)
• Add get_implementations() and has_implementation() to jaxdf.util for operator dispatch introspection
• Add tests verifying eqx.Module as operator params works with jit, grad, and vmap
• Add Operator Parameters Guide tutorial notebook with visualizations on a real image, covering: param inspection, override, sharing, composition, neural networks as params, NN-generated stencils, and trained gradient correction
• Update mkdocs nav and API docs for new functions
• Increase pre-commit large file limit to 10MB for notebooks with embedded plots

All 331 tests pass locally. Notebook executes cleanly.
