The v0.1 cleanup batch's required case-insensitive repository scan found three runtime text strings beyond the allowed JECIRuntime class name and require paths:
- core/JECIRuntime.js constructor comment: reusable JECI organization runtime
- initialize() log message: JECI Runtime initialized.
- shutdown() log message: JECI Runtime shut down.
These are outside the current issues #4, #5, #7, #8, and #9 cleanup scope. Replace the human-facing runtime wording with CEO Agent while preserving the JECIRuntime class/module name for compatibility, then update any assertions if needed.
