After this compiler upgrade, acton verify without --compiler-version compiles the contract locally with Tolk 1.5 but still sends "compiler_version":"1.4.2" from src/commands/verify/mod.rs:163. Because 1.5 changes generated bytecode (as reflected throughout the updated code-hash snapshots), the verifier will recompile with the wrong compiler and fail to reproduce the submitted code hash; update the default, its test, and the generated command documentation together.
