…he appendix A section's opening conclusion is body copy. No check or template read the appendix copy, and the two hand-kept copies drifted on the first page measured (tigerless.ai home). "Conclusion first" stays a rule for the body. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
…s no outline Content already tags h2 / h3 / p in the body, and the body is what gets built and read. The appendix outline was a second hand-kept copy that drifted. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
page-doc-template.md: the T7outline:block is gone; in its place a comment block says headings are tagged in the body (h2 / h3 where each stands) and keeps the writing rules (no skipped levels, question-style h2, conclusion first, FAQ pairs).T7.md: renamed "H2/H3 headings"; "How to deliver" is now "mark it in the body", with an HTML example; why the body and not the appendix; only what the body tags is a heading (the build doesn't promote card titles or slogans).content-checklist.mdT7 row and the README line follow.decisions.md: one row recording why.Why
Content already tags h2 / h3 / p in the body (tigerless.ai content doc, third revision), and the body is what gets built and what readers and AI read. The appendix
outline— and itslead— was a second hand-kept copy with no consumer of its own; on tigerless.ai's home page it had drifted from the body (headings and leads both), and the SEO board diffed the live page against it (tigerless-labs/tigerless-ai-2#521). The hierarchy at a glance is read off the body or the rendered page, which can't disagree with the page. C17 and the C7/C12 content shape keep judging the rendered headings.Knock-on (not in this PR)
