• New: Method::QUERY constant added per RFC 10008.
• Fix: uri::Builder::path_and_query() now accepts empty strings to mean no path.
• Fix: uri::PathAndQuery parsing enforces URI max length validation.
• Perf: Faster header/URI value validation, optimized HeaderMap inserts, streamlined URI parse/format.
• Impact: We use http::StatusCode only (in src/connectors/github/client.rs for matching octocrab error codes). None of the 1.5.0 changes affect StatusCode. No code changes needed.
