Background
Deliver the published Engine 0.8.0 and Theme 0.6.0 through the native CLI.
Implementation Approach
Pin registry dependencies exactly, regenerate manual metadata, refresh release fixtures and notices, and add release notes. Keep the last verified distribution version separate from the new source version until installation checks succeed.
Testing Approach
Stable and Rust 1.85 tests and Clippy passed; 82 Node and 15 Python tests passed. Coverage: lines 92.01%, functions 96.58%, regions 92.12%, above unchanged 90/95/90 gates. Canonical formatter/templates, generated assets, consumer prototype, SVG validation, documentation, and Cargo publication dry run passed.
Review Perspectives / Points of Concern
SVG geometry intentionally changes. CLI commands and configuration stay compatible. This PR prepares source only; native release dry run, tagged publication, Cargo publication, package-manager activation, and clean installs follow successful main CI.
