Actual context dependent triggering workflows, and what else they should trigger
Integration with release-please
Whether change detection is actually needed
Local registry is not possible, so the usage of a temporary registry ( and corresponding credentials ) are needed
This seeks to keep all dpsim docker image versions in sync and tag them properly with version
Transition to a proper image name/tag so that tags can properly be used ( instead of having sogno/dpsim:platform ), by also pushing images following what's currently being used, in case of a release.
Handle pushing to multiple registries ( ghcr and docker )
