Windows: Build from Dockerfile fails

When Building DPsim for the first time with
cd dpsim
docker build -t sogno/dpsim:dev -f packaging/Docker/Dockerfile.dev .
the build crashes at the VILLASnode section.
Probably some library which is missing due to relocation

To Reproduce

1. Clone DPsim
2. cd dpsim
   docker build -t sogno/dpsim:dev -f packaging/Docker/Dockerfile.dev .
   Expected behavior
   A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows 11

• commenting out line 92 to 102 from Dockerfile.dev fixes the build, but then you have no VILLAS

@matthiasmees I couldnt reproduce this.
Could you try again ? Either it fails again, and in that case i would need to see what the actual Dockerfile looks like + the logs you get Or it works, and in that case it would be useful to know what the Dockerfile that failed looks like, to know if this problem hasn't subsided due to some change i don't know about, that was likely already merged.
