Updating according to mode--line-format-right-align @emacs master.
Now takes into account fringes (the advance the left fringe causes) besides the advance caused by the left-margin.
olivetti with
olivetti-styleset totor'fancy, both of which make use of fringes, will now not send the right part of modeline beyond frame visibility.As minimal example to reproduce the problem:
(set-window-fringes (selected-window) 50 8 nil).
