Closes #172
Add native single, stepped and constrained range Slider controls for Vue, React and Svelte. Includes native form/reset semantics, stable range labels and focus order, RTL, keyboard increments, pointer cancellation, caller-owned Tailwind styling, custom thumb sizing, registry installation and all-three Storybook examples. Existing Slide is unchanged.
627 Rstest tests, live React/Svelte interaction stories, canonical classes, all-framework Storybook builds and packed CLI checks passed. Final release-quality checks are being repeated. Canonical docs companion: sailscastshq/docs.sailscasts.com#295.
No npm publication or version bump. Real-device assistive technology testing is not claimed.
