Summary

• Add opt-in historical datetime editing with allowPast and inclusive min / max constraints, keeping future-only scheduling as the default.
• Replace the large time fields and duplicate quick-time list with a compact native hour/minute/AM-PM control, timezone display and small Done action. Timezone stays caller-configured via timeZone.
• Preserve precise ISO instants on unchanged open/close, natural-language input, Enter and composite-blur commits, locale-aware 12/24-hour controls, and native form validation across Vue, React and Svelte.
• Keep the popup anchored within available space, its time controls visible, and Escape/focus behavior correct inside embedded/shadow-root previews. Ignore stale positioning work after teardown.
• Add historical and bounded Storybook examples, regression coverage and current registry lineage. Fix the formatter-only installer test fixture to configure the formatter before first use.

Verification

• npm run release:check passed: 550 tests, icon/source lineage checks, canonical Tailwind, package build, all Storybook builds and packed CLI add/check/diff/safe-update smoke checks.
• Browser checks passed across Vue, React, Svelte and canonical docs at narrow and wide viewports, including resize, dark mode, Arabic/long timezone, keyboard/focus, bounds, form submission and exact timestamp preservation.
• Canonical documentation is included in the companion docs PR. No package version bump or npm publication in this change.
