Update JQuery to 4.0.0

Bootstrap 5 kicked older browsers in the bin, so we have no reason to support them with an older JQuery version anymore either.

Perhaps (components/jquery), but we still need to place jquery-color somewhere, and that's not on Composer as far as I can see.

I must admit I don't have an overview there. If it is not really needed, I'm open to removing it :)

The only place where it seems to be used is the copyToClipboard function. JQuery Color "adds" the possibility to animate() background colours.

(FWIW, that could be updated as well.)

Updated JQuery to use the Composer., reworked copytoclipboard, left a todo for jquery color (I tried yesterday before bed, but I failed)
