dash: other views still read the uncapped replay credit (/api/savings, status-line windows, metrics export, series buckets) #586

#546 and #573 cap the summarizer and offloader replay credit in the Overview headline, /api/components and the episode view (one ledger each). These readers still sum the stored request_components.saved_usd, so they can disagree with the headline: /api/savings and SavingsTotals (status line), the metrics export, the series buckets and the per-group totals.

Fix: route them through the ledgers (SummarizeLedgerFor, ReplayLedgerFor), or label them as uncapped. Bounded scans matter for the status line (#502). Related: #546, #573.
