- CLAUDE.md: add 'Software Build (WASM Toolchain)' — the sysroot is ours (patched Rust std + libc + custom host imports); a missing libc/POSIX API is a stub/patch we add, not a WASI wall; build software as native POSIX; patch the real tool only as a fallback; 'NOT POSSIBLE' is for genuine impossibility only. - worklist: flip wget from NOT POSSIBLE (WASI) to TODO (retry) — stub getrlimit/getgroups in the sysroot, then build real GNU Wget. - worklist: sharpen the 'not possible' rule and add a 'commit clean revs — no stray artifacts' rule (verify jj diff --summary + audit main..@).
