Adding Zalasr support

Hi, I have the intention to add the Zalasr isa tests for the Acquire/Release Load semantics. However, I have some questions about how to approach this task. Please help me decide about the following questions:

• There should be a separate Zalasr test folder? I assume yes.
• Since the Aq and Rl bits of Zaamo instructions are not test should I revisit those tests?
• These tests should only check the basic functionality and not the consistency semantics they involve, right? Such checks would be meant for a specific litmus test suite, which is out of the scope of this suite.

Right. These are single-threaded tests, anyway, so the consistency semantic are out of scope.

That would be great. Maybe just make sure each AMO has at least one of each variant (nothing, aq, rl, aqrl). No need to add new tests; can just modify existing ones.
