korandoru/hawkeye left Java for Rust, so the pom and hawkeye-cli links 404. Fixes remkop#2505

The Spring Boot / native-image sections pointed at korandoru/hawkeye. That repo is Rust now, so hawkeye-cli/pom.xml 404s. I dropped those two example sentences and left the Spring Boot plugin description and remkop's own native-image demos.
Fixes #2505
