This repository is the source for qaevelyn.github.io — the portfolio and white-paper corpus of Evelyn Caro, sovereign AI builder: sixteen papers in four series, seven ships, and the record that documents its own corrections.
The White Paper Corpus — 16 papers, four series Series I — Platform Dependency (7). The longitudinal record: trust → failure → backup → departure → sovereignty proven.
