mise now manages dotfiles itself (
mise dot, https://mise.jdx.dev/dotfiles.html), including opt-in two-way sync of tracked files. This PR covers it in the docs.~/.config/mise/also syncs mise's[dotfiles]and tracking entries; how to move a file from mise to dotsync.Docs site builds and the link validator passes.
