Billing: crypto-only checkout, readable error when CoinPay refuses - #3

Pay returned "internal error": checkout asked CoinPay for card or crypto (payment_method "both"), and CoinPay refused because card payments need Stripe Connect. Stripe is banned for the owner, so the card path must never be used: checkout now requests crypto only, the billing page and landing page say "crypto", and a CoinPay refusal comes back as a readable 502. Verified a real crypto-only payment on the tleehealth CoinPay business (201, USDC_POL address). Tests: 47 pass, including two new billing tests.
