qc: emoji picker fits, HD images in WezTerm/iTerm2 (hqtui 0.10.0, qc 0.4.6) - #291

…rm2 (0.5.8, qc 0.4.6) hqtui 0.10.0 measures all 3963 OpenEmoji as two columns (223 were one, so the picker grid spilled past its border) and adds iTerm2 inline images for WezTerm/iTerm2. qc attaches the image store to the app; QC_HD=wezterm. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
