Daily digest counts the last 24 hours and names its workspace - #153

The digest goes out at 13:00 UTC but counted from midnight UTC, so it only
ever saw the morning: 2026-09-28 sent 64 and reported 3, 2026-10-05 sent 14
and reported 2, and anything sent after the digest hour was never counted by
any digest. Every count now covers the 24 hours before the send.
The subject and header now name the workspace. Anthony gets two digests a
day, his own and the Claude Diag test workspace's, and the test one (no
mailbox, desk-only queue) always said "0 sent", which read as autopilot being
stalled while his real workspace was sending 14-17 a day.
Holds that read the same are one note ("5 held: a support or abuse desk"
instead of 4 and 1), and the business-hours hold has a short label.
