Query-string traversal + SQLi + secret-file probes, robust decoding, and an hourly re-review of riotcoder's own rejections (approvals only). Tests: 2505 pass.

…der's rejections (0.44.1)

Anthony, 2026-10-19: "path traversal is a bad actor". The first rules
ignored "../" anywhere in the query, so ?range=../../proc/version and
?fileName=../../.n8n/config were rejected as false positives or left
pending. Now only query values that are http(s) URLs (reader links,
archive links) are set aside; every other value counts.

- Percent-decoding no longer gives up on a path cut mid-escape, which left
  a Tor exit's UNION ALL SELECT ... information_schema undecoded.
- New probes: secret/config files (database.yml, secrets.json, wp-config,
  credentials, .npmrc, .bashrc, .gitlab-ci.yml, WEB-INF, id_ed25519, *.env),
SQLi (UNION [ALL] SELECT, AND n=n, WAITFOR DELAY, pg_sleep), metadata IP,
and any .php/.asp/.jsp/.cgi path (the fleet serves none).
- `traffic-review.js --rejected` re-reviews riotcoder's own rejections and
only ever turns one into an approval; a person's decision is untouched.
  run.sh runs both passes hourly.
