Follow-up to #186. Its first production pass marked 67 fixtures cancelled: the MLB division-series Game 5s are genuinely gone, but 53 college football games (and a few others) were only missing because those boards cap at 25 games a day regardless of limit.

A fixture missing from a complete board is now cancelled only when ESPN's core event endpoint (/v2/sports/<sport>/leagues/<league>/events/<id>, ~10 KB) returns 404. Any other error counts as still there. At most 60 checks a run. The wrongly cancelled rows are being restored in production separately.

0.36.1 read "not on a complete board" as deleted. College football's board
answers 25 games a day whatever limit says, so the first pass cancelled 53
FBS games that are still on (Georgia at Alabama among them), plus a few
from other leagues with the same short board. A fixture off the board is
now asked about by id (the core event, ~10 KB, 404 once ESPN deleted it)
and only a 404 cancels it; at most 60 asks a run.
