feat(footer): use @profullstack/footer - #246

Simple footer, replaced: the root
+layout.server.jsnow returnsfooter: await footerHtml({ site: 'https://meshhook.com/' })from@profullstack/footer(latest), and+layout.svelterenders it with{@html data.footer}in place of the hand-written ring nav. Copyright + ring nav (random, vote) come from the template; colours mapped to the site's variables in app.css.Render mode: server, per request (adapter-node; package caches the template 1 h). No CSP.
