Anthony: redraws in hqterm desktop are slow and visible. Part of the fix is in hqterm (profullstack/hqterm#5). This part is hqtui: TERM_PROGRAM=hqterm wasn't recognised, so hqtui apps (qc) never used DEC 2026 synchronized output in it. xterm.js 6 supports it, so frames were painted as they streamed in instead of all at once.

  • TERM_PROGRAM=hqterm is detected first, since panes launched from Konsole inherit KONSOLE_VERSION. It enables synchronized output and iTerm2 inline images.
  • LC_TERMINAL=iTerm2 is now read as iTerm2. That's what the desktop app sends over ssh, so remote hqtui apps get the same treatment.

Tests: 482 pass (a new hqterm detection test). Typecheck and build pass; hqtui-demo --version reports 0.10.3.

…MINAL=iTerm2

TERM_PROGRAM=hqterm is detected first (panes launched from Konsole inherit
KONSOLE_VERSION), gets DEC 2026 synchronized output (xterm.js 6 supports
it, so each frame lands at once instead of being drawn as it streams in)
and iTerm2 inline images. LC_TERMINAL=iTerm2 (what the desktop app sends
over ssh) now reads as iTerm2.
