hqterm update: self-update hqterm, hqsh and the desktop app (0.2.3) - #4

hqterm updateand got "unknown command".hqterm update(aliasupgrade): downloads the installer from hqterm.sh and runs it with--bin=<this binary's dir>, so the update happens in place. It adds--desktopwhen the desktop app is installed. hqterm, hqsh and the desktop app all move to the latest releases.hqterm update --check: compares this version with the latest GitHub release.--force: reinstalls even when this version is current, which also picks up newer hqsh/desktop builds.Tests: 30 pass (3 new: version comparison, installer arguments, release lookup).
