Ad heroes now render at quality "high" with one house art direction
(launch-grade 3D key art for the agentic AI era). When OpenAI's safety
system refuses the copy-bearing prompt ("zombie love story" is blocked
as violence at the output stage), retry once with a copy-free abstract
prompt instead of falling back. og:image fallback skips icons/logos, so
a pwamart app no longer gets its 512px icon stretched behind a banner.

Ad hero images (lib/ads/heroImage.ts):
medium→high, and a shared art direction — launch-grade cinematic 3D key art for the agentic AI era (volumetric light, holographic glints, luminous data threads, one crisp focal subject).safety_violations=[violence], output stage). A moderation block now retries once with a copy-free abstract prompt (domain + palette only) instead of falling back./icon-512.png, which was being stretched behind the banner.Verified: new tests/ads-hero-image.test.ts passes; tsc clean; ads suite 525 pass, 4 fail (the ffmpeg gif/video tests, same as on master here). Prototype of the safe prompt against the prod key returned a 1536x1024 high-quality image; the copy-bearing zombie prompt was refused, confirming the retry path is needed.
