[Copilot]

Adds a copilot-instructions.md so the cloud agent has the context needed to work efficiently on this repo from the first session.

What's covered

• Project orientation — FSV format spec, the Node.js-only conversion path vs. browser-only rendering path, and the GitHub Packages registry setup
• Repository layout — annotated file tree covering every meaningful source file
• Tooling & commands — pnpm/corepack, tsdown, tsx, Vite; the exact commands to install, typecheck, build, run the CLI in dev, and release
• Code conventions — 2-space indent, single quotes, no semicolons, import type, JSDoc on all public API
• Architecture — FSV binary format structure (alpha vs. non-alpha discrimination, compact manifest encoding), and internals of each core class (Converter, Muxer, Demuxer, Decoder, TrackDecoder, Renderer)
• Exports map — which entry points are browser-safe vs. Node.js-only
