CLAUDE.md existed locally but was never committed. Bringing it under version control in the slimmed shape from the start: gotchas and non-discoverable commands only, per Anthropic's context-engineering guidance for Claude 5-generation models. Request flow, config-loading detail, and the engine-extension recipe moved to new docs/ARCHITECTURE.md.
