💛 - Coveralls

Track payjoin 1.0.0-rc.6, which insulated the bitcoin_uri crate from its
public API. The CLI now reads BIP21 URIs through payjoin's own accessor
methods and inherent check_pj_supported instead of the removed UriExt
trait. No user-facing behavior changes. Refresh the lock files.
