docs: normalize legacy server product name to "ownCloud Classic"#4900

Rename the legacy server product to "ownCloud Classic" where it is used
as a product name: the README ("ownCloud Classic 10 servers" and the
oCIS/Classic pairing) and the product references in the Play Store
descriptions (en-US, de-DE).
Instance-sense uses ("their ownCloud server", "a private ownCloud Server
running in your data center", "connecting to your ownCloud server") are
intentionally left unchanged. URLs are untouched.
Part of the cross-repo rebrand tracked in owncloud/docs#5111.

Follow-up readability pass: the product is "ownCloud Classic", so the
bare "10" is dropped in the README ("ownCloud Classic servers").
