Review the current permissions table to identify specific limitations for the Course Editor and Course Auditor roles. The goal is to define how the UI should handle restricted actions and unauthorized views for these users.
Scope of Work
Audit Permissions: Map out all actions and views that are restricted for both roles based on the permissions matrix.
UX Gap Analysis: Identify where these restrictions currently cause friction or "dead ends" in the interface.
Proposal: Create a proposal with UI solutions for "no-access" states (e.g., disabled buttons, tooltips, or hidden sections).
@bra-i-am the link that @maguilarUXUI shared is the proposal for the views related to the course editor and auditor based on their read-only permissions.
This card blocks #284. Can you help me review the designs so we can refine the #284?
Proposal for Course Auditor view: Add an alert message "You have view-only access to this page. Contact your organization admin to request editing permissions."
Proposal for Course Auditor view: Hide all action options such as Add, Delete, and Edit. Change the empty state message to "No updates have been added to this course yet." Add a similar message for the empty Course Handouts section: "No handouts have been added to this course yet.
Show the section but block all inputs and Add an alert message "You have view-only access to this page. Contact your organization admin to request editing permissions."
Hide all actions options as Add a certificate, edit, delete, change mode, and activate. The only option available is Preview. Add an alert message "You have view-only access to this page. Contact your organization admin to request editing permissions."
For Course Auditor block all inputs and add a alert message "You have view-only access to this page. Contact your organization admin to request editing permissions." For Course editor only block the schedule section and add a alert message "You don't have permission to edit the “Course Schedule” Contact your organization admin to request access."
Proposal for course Auditor Block all inputs and hide the New assignment button and add an alert message "You have view-only access to this page. Contact your organization admin to request editing permissions."

@maguilarUXUI, I don't know if you have it on your radar, but we've already started implementing part of this.
