[BUG-NOK]: Automatic Deployment Edit Does Not Apply Newly Added Metadata to Existing Deployment

Bug Description

When editing an existing Automatic Deployment and adding new deployment metadata, the edit operation completes successfully, but the newly added metadata is not applied to matching clusters and the application deployment is not updated accordingly.

Reproducible Steps

Preconditions:
1.An Automatic Deployment already exists.
2. At least one active cluster exists that should match the newly added metadata.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Deployment page.
2. Open an existing deployment created using the Automatic Deployment feature.
3. Click Edit.
4. Proceed through the deployment wizard by clicking Next twice.
5. In the Enter Deployment Details section, add new metadata:
Key: region
Value: bangalore
6. Click Next.
7. Complete the edit operation and save the deployment.
8. Observe deployment targets and application instances.

Expected Result:

1. Deployment edit operation completes successfully.
2. Newly added metadata persisted.
3. Automatic Deployment re-evaluates cluster matching criteria.
4. Any active cluster matching the newly added metadata is automatically targeted.
5. Application deployment is updated on matching clusters.
6. Deployment instance count increases accordingly.

Actual Result:

1. Deployment edit operation completes successfully.
2. Metadata appears to be saved.
3. Automatic Deployment does not re-evaluate matching clusters.
4. No new application deployment is triggered on clusters matching the newly added metadata.
5. Instance count remains unchanged.
