docs: capture the v0.5.32 gallery again with an embedding service - #429

The first capture ran without an embedding service, so every save to a Memory Space ended with "Saved without a vector", a line a default install with a local Ollama never shows. Capture it again with Ollama 0.40.6 serving nomic-embed-text at Mnemon's default endpoint and the Mnemon Native embedding settings at their default, so every memory, seeded or saved, has a vector and no receipt carries the line. - Replace the media under the same names, from one live pass per language on bd70979; the first take of each is kept. The limits screen comes from a fresh fixture again, and the Chinese graph screen was taken again on its pass's fixture, framed so the graph's header row is not cut off. 74 files, 23.1 MB. - Regenerate the manifest (date, revision, an embedding field, the retaken screen) and the gallery README (embedding row and paragraph, no notes about missing vectors). - Remove the READMEs' sentence on the vector line and the UI guide's note that no embedding service ran. - Update the alt texts the new takes change: the English answer read working memory and Project Documents, the Chinese one also Memory Spaces; the English correction also updated a document; no receipt has a vector line. - Name the embedding service in the gallery's changeset. The recapture made the evidence in items 12 to 18 of the October review plan stale: they quoted clock times, recording seconds and counts from the first capture (9:49 PM, 9.9 s, 10.0 s / 13.5 s, "26 active entities", "11 m... 138... 17...") that the new gallery no longer shows. - Name the screen or recording that shows each behavior instead, and say so where an item still quotes the first capture (item 12's receipts, item 14's cut-off summary), linking its record. - Point the file references at main 44a3cfc, after the client and Host module splits: memory-graph.tsx, overview-page.tsx, use-source-catalog.ts and the moved MnemonWorkbench.tsx and service.ts lines; item 12, done before the splits, keeps 03dd40a. - Drop the same figures from the roadmap entries in both languages. - Update the gallery record to say so, with the new link count.
