Waste is the chosen pilot vertical (owner decision, 2026-08-17). - npm run provision -- --kit waste --org --site --devices N: creates the site, applies the kit rule pack, issues N bins with one-time enrollment codes, and writes a field manifest (JSON + CSV) - GET /admin/routes/waste?organization=&threshold=: the collection route — latest fill_pct per bin, threshold-filtered (default 80), fullest first, with battery and last-reading time; built on a new generic TelemetryStore.latestByType - docs/PILOTS/waste.md: field runbook — per-bin NB-IoT architecture (no shared gateway for this vertical; P2.7 narrows to per-bin firmware speaking the TELEMETRY.md envelope), reference BOM, ultrasonic fill calibration with on-device median filtering, install flow off the manifest, daily ops, 30-day M4 acceptance criteria Tests: 60 — route thresholding, ordering, totals, and auth.
