Roadmap item

P2.8 (partial by design) — the milestone-M3 scaffold: docker compose up in deploy/ brings up Timescale-enabled Postgres, the server (new two-stage Dockerfile, migrations on boot), and Grafana pre-provisioned with the Proxies datasource and an Overview dashboard: telemetry by metric, presence events, recent alerts, fleet last-seen — panel SQL written against the live schema.

Honest verification status

  • Dashboard JSON validated; datasource/provider YAML hand-checked; the Dockerfile's commands (npm ci, build, migrate CLI, index) are each individually tested in CI/dev.
  • The composed stack has not been booted yet — no Docker daemon was available in this session. The roadmap marks P2.8 ◐ until its first docker compose up; that run (one command) is the remaining step, ideally alongside the M1 desk test.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- deploy/docker-compose.yml: Timescale-enabled Postgres, the server
(new two-stage Dockerfile, migrations applied on boot), and Grafana
with a pre-provisioned Proxies datasource and Overview dashboard
(telemetry by metric, presence count, recent alerts, fleet last-seen
  — panel SQL matches the live schema)
- honest status recorded in the roadmap: dashboard JSON validated and
every underlying command individually tested, but the composed stack
has not yet been booted (no Docker daemon in this session) — P2.8
stays partial until its first docker compose up
