deps(arbitrum-revm): bump Stylus activation fixes

Pins arbitrum-revm to f5b7ad8.

Fixes the Stylus lifecycle divergences reported in #49 and #50:

• reject inactive, expired, and wrong-version programs before execution
• preserve cached status and charge the prior module-hash read during reactivation
• evict stale process-local compiled modules

Validated by exact replays of Arbitrum One blocks 496,578,581 and 496,612,484, including canonical state-root parity.
