chore(deps): fix npm audit vulnerabilities

The security audit reports vulnerabilities in transitive dependencies. Update the lockfile to @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.32.1, proxy-addr 2.0.8, and source-map-js 1.2.2, clearing the remaining advisories. The brace-expansion, fast-uri, and ip-address fixes are already present on main.

Validation:

• npm audit --audit-level=moderate: 0 vulnerabilities
• npm run typecheck: passed
• npm test (including build): 550 passed, 26 skipped
• git diff --check: passed
