Parser, model and frontmatter helpers now live under src/recipe; the vitest obsidian stub moves to test/stubs/obsidian.ts.
Editor extension, reading mode, modals, vault I/O and cook mode hosts now sit under src/obsidian, separate from the recipe domain and React UI.
src/ui now splits into preview/, form/, cook/ and shared/. The one-off KAPER_WEB_URL constant moves into RecipePreview, its only consumer.
The stylesheet source is now one file per area under src/styles, bundled by esbuild into the root styles.css (now a gitignored build artifact, still shipped as a release asset). The minified output is byte-identical to the previous stylesheet.
Contributor references move to docs/dev, the superseded YAML spike to docs/archive; kaper-format.md stays at the top level. Code paths and relative links are updated for the new src layout.
Restructure the README around a centered header, feature summary, getting-started steps, a commands table, and privacy and quality sections. Swap the 400px demo.gif for a full-resolution ingredients.gif showing an ingredient being added and dragged into place.
